To celebrate National Bike Month, the St. Louis Public Library is hosting a conversation about bicycling in St. Louis. Here is the wording from library:
Celebrate National Bike Month with certified bicycle safety instructor Karen Karabell. Enjoy a lecture and see a DVD that offers an excellent overview of bicycle safety unique to the St. Louis community. Learn about common on-street scenarios and how to handle them as cyclists. A Q&A session follows.
Karabell is a bicycle safety instructor, certified by the League of American Bicyclists. She has served as a board member and chairperson of the St. Louis Regional Bicycle Federation.
